Our mission is to equip them with essential life skills, enhance independence, and support social integration through holistic and compassionate care.Your RoleAs a Nursing Aide, you will support daily care needs, assist with medical routines, and help ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.Key Responsibilities🩺 Client Care & SupportDispense medication and assist with dressing woundsConduct routine checks for hypertension and diabetesMaintain residents’ personal hygiene and groomingSupervise Health Attendants and assist with ADLsMonitor eating habits and provide feeding/toilet training when needed🧠 Medical & Activity SupportCoordinate and accompany clients for medical appointmentsSupport physiotherapy routines and daily exercisesFacilitate activity programmes (e.g. art & craft)Observe and report behavioural concerns to supervisorsRespond to emergencies and perform other duties as assignedRequirements✔ 1–3 years of nursing care experience (special needs experience preferred)✔ Certificate/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent✔ Able to commit to 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays✔ Caring, responsible, and able to work in a multi-disciplinary team✔ Service-oriented with strong communication skillsJoin us in making a difference—one life at a time.
