📢 We Are Hiring – Odoo ERP Junior Sales Executive for the Kuwait MarketKuwait Protocol is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive dedicated exclusively to Odoo ERP solutions. If ERP sales is your core strength and you are passionate about helping businesses adopt Odoo to transform their operations, we want you on our team!Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting·      Conduct cold calling, field visits, and online research to identify businesses that can benefit from Odoo ERP.·      Build and maintain a strong Odoo-focused sales pipeline.·      Generate new opportunities through networking, email, and social outreach.Client Needs Analysis·      Meet clients to understand their business processes and ERP requirements.·      Recommend suitable Odoo modules and configurations aligned to client needs.·      Be the primary point of contact for client communication throughout the sales cycle.Sales Presentations & Proposals·      Prepare and deliver professional presentations and demos of Odoo ERP.·      Develop proposals, quotations, and commercials specifically tailored for Odoo implementations.·      Support tender/RFP submissions in collaboration with the presales and technical team.Product & Market Knowledge·      Maintain deep understanding of Odoo ERP features, modules, usability, and strengths.·      Stay updated with Odoo releases, industry use cases, and competitive ERP products.Sales Negotiation & Closing·      Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details with customers.·      Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets focused on Odoo solutions.·      Handle the entire Odoo sales cycle independently—from prospecting to closing.Coordination with Technical Teams·      Work closely with presales, implementation, and support teams.·      Clearly communicate customer requirements to ensure smooth delivery of Odoo projects.Reporting & Documentation·      Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales reports, lead tracking, and revenue forecasts.·      Track lead conversions, project closures, and pipeline performance.Required Skills & Qualifications·      Strong knowledge and understanding of Odoo ERP modules and business applications.·      Prior experience in selling ERP systems—Odoo experience is highly preferred.·      Ability to understand customer business workflows and map them to Odoo solutions.·      Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills.·      Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in generating business.·      A strong team player with professional work ethics.·      Familiarity with the Kuwait market.·      Only candidates currently based in Kuwait are eligible to apply.·      Transferable visa required.If you’re a driven sales professional with hands-on experience in ERP solutions—and especially Odoo—this is your opportunity to grow with a leading digital transformation company in Kuwait.
