Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a FMCG Coops Sales Representative located in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. The individual will be responsible for managing and increasing sales across cooperative societies, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the availability and placement of products within assigned stores. Additional responsibilities include tracking and reporting sales performance, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with the team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skillsCapability in market analysis, identifying new opportunities, and implementing successful sales strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse clients and stakeholdersOrganizational and time-management skills to handle multiple coops and sales operations effectivelyPrevious experience in FMCG sales or retail sectors, particularly with cooperative societies in KuwaitProficiency in Arabic and English is highly desirableA self-motivated, result-driven attitude with a commitment to achieving sales targetsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
