Showroom Manager

Responsibilities:• Ensure the best experience for customers and maintain a high level of service.• Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets.• Manage the staff team and organize daily schedules.• Oversee product display and maintain the overall appearance of the showroom.• Welcome customers and provide elegant and professional service.• Submit regular reports to management and continuously monitor inventory level Requirements and Qualifications:• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing showrooms or women’s boutiques.• Strong leadership skills, good communication, and refined taste.• Excellent customer service and communication skills.• Preferred experience in fashion, perfumes, or women’s accessories.• Proficiency in using sales programs (POS) and daily reporting tools.
