Location: Lahore (Near Davis Road)Timings: On-site, 8-hour morning shiftCompensation: Open bracket, based on experienceType: Full-time – must pass pre-employment skill testAbout the RoleClassic Programmers is expanding its ERP division and looking for a driven Odoo Functional Consultant who understands how to connect business processes with smart technology. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team delivering custom ERP solutions for local and international clients.This is not a routine implementation role. We’re looking for someone who can think critically, understand client logic, and translate requirements into functional, scalable Odoo systems.Key ResponsibilitiesWork directly with clients to understand their business processes and system needs.Design, configure, and implement Odoo modules including CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing.Create functional requirement documents and coordinate with the technical development team to ensure aligned execution.Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to go-live and post-deployment support.Deliver client training, prepare documentation, and provide functional assistance after implementation.Test and validate configurations to maintain high-quality performance standards.Continuously identify process improvement and automation opportunities within Odoo.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of practical experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.Solid command of Odoo’s core modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing).Experience in process mapping, system configuration, and documentation.Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple client projects efficiently.Odoo certification is a plus.What We OfferA professional yet friendly work environment in Lahore’s central area (near Davis Road).Competitive salary based on skill and experience.Regular training and mentorship from senior ERP professionals.Opportunity to work on complex, international Odoo implementations.Growth-focused culture that values initiative, ownership, and innovation
