You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing vendor relationships, and fostering a welcoming and positive atmosphere in the workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for employees on office, facility, and administrative topicsOrganize reception, office facilities, and company documentationManage relationships with external vendors (e.g., office supplies, equipment)Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including prioritizing daily mailCoordinate customer and guest visits, including logistics, accommodation, catering, and bookingsArrange domestic and international travelContribute to a positive and engaging office environmentWhat You BringMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in office, facility, or administrative rolesProficiency in English (written and verbal)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, responsive, and resourceful approachAbility to multitask and meet deadlines under pressureDiscretion in handling sensitive and confidential informationSolid computer skills, especially with MS OfficeFull-time availability at the office, with a start time between 7:30 and 8:30What We Offer An open and collaborative work environment with room to influence your roleBenefits package including:Private medical care for you and your familyLunch cardAccess to MyBenefit platform (Multisport or other vouchers)Life insuranceOur office is located at Przybyszewskiego 56, Kraków (Bronowice).We review applications continually and are looking forward to receive your application.
