Our latest subsidiary, Caerus Biotechnologies, focuses on research, development and global distribution of next-generation male fertility solutions.At this position, you will providing executive support to senior leadership and ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will assist the Chief Commercial Officer, Fertility Franchise Lead and Chief of Staff in administrative, marketing, and event-related activities that help drive organizational efficiency and visibility.You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of projects and a consistently high standard of execution.Your contribution will support both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives across our growing international business.Key Responsibilities1. Executive and Administrative SupportProvide comprehensive assistance to the Chief of Staff, Chief Commercial Officer, and Fertility Franchise Lead.Manage agenda, organize travel arrangements, coordinate meetings, and handle internal and external communication.Support contract administration by preparing client data, facilitating internal reviews, and administrating contracts execution.2. Office Management and OperationsOrganize internal team events, staff meetings, and manage corporate gifts.Oversee smooth day-to-day office operations, including ordering consumables, preparing meeting rooms, welcoming visitors, and coordinating with facility and service providers.Manage office shipments, including documents, product samples, and promotional materials.3. Marketing Coordination and Event SupportSupport the company’s participation in industry events such as conferences, congresses, advisory boards and round tables.Communicate with event organizers and coordinate with external providers for such events.Manage production and timely delivery of marketing materials.Coordinate marketing approvals, feedback, and production processes.Maintain and update marketing asset libraries.Candidate ProfileStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems preferred.Fluency in Lithuanian and English (additional languages are an asset).Driving license Cat B.Experience in office administration, executive assistance, or marketing coordination is an advantage.What We OfferA dynamic and international work environment.A company that cares for your professional growth and personal development.A friendly and supportive team of professionals.Private health insurance.Gross monthly salary: EUR 1500 – 2000 (final salary will be based on qualifications, competencies, and relevant experience).
