About the Company (Client):Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing business group operating across multiple industries. The Founder & Chairman is actively leading several strategic projects in Lithuania and internationally. To strengthen daily operations and enhance workflow efficiency, the company is seeking a highly capable, trustworthy, and proactive Personal Assistant. The role includes close cooperation with the Founder as well as office-related administrative support in Vilnius.About Hospico:Hospico is a modern talent search and executive support agency specializing in matching companies with the right people — quickly, precisely, and based on real compatibility. We focus on cultural fit, practical capability, and long-term value for both the employer and the employee.Role Description:This is an on-site, full-time role based in Vilnius. The Personal Assistant will work directly with the Founder & Chairman, providing executive-level support and ensuring smooth coordination of business and administrative activities. The position requires flexibility, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointmentsCoordinate meetings, travel, briefings, and logisticsPrepare emails, reports, documents, and presentationsHandle correspondence and communication on behalf of the ChairmanSupport daily operations and administrative tasks in the Vilnius officeTrack priorities, follow-ups, deadlines, and ongoing projectsAct as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external partnersAssist with personal and business-related tasks as neededMaintain strict confidentiality and represent the Chairman professionallyQualifications & Requirements:Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar roleStrong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skillsExcellent written and spoken Lithuanian and English (mandatory)High accuracy, attention to detail, and reliabilityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesFlexibility in working hours — availability beyond standard office times when requiredHigh degree of integrity, discretion, and trustProficiency with MS Office, G Suite, calendars, and productivity toolsExperience supporting senior executives is an advantageDriving license is a plusWhat We Offer:A chance to work directly with an influential Founder & ChairmanA dynamic and impactful role with meaningful responsibilitiesModern work environment and supportive team atmosphereOpportunities for professional growth and long-term developmentCompetitive compensation package Salary range: 3000-3300 € grossIf this opportunity aligns with your experience and ambitions, we invite you to submit your application.
