Red Chair Recruitment is delighted to partner with a leading administrative organisation in Tralee to find an energetic and organised Office Administrator. If you’re someone who loves keeping things running smoothly, has a flair for communication, and enjoys variety in your day, this could be the perfect fit for you!You’ll play a key role in supporting operations, events, finances, and communications across the county — helping projects come to life and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly.What You’ll Be DoingBe the go-to person for admin and office support – handling calls, emails, and preparing documents.Help keep things on track financially by recording transactions, processing invoices, and assisting with payroll and ticketing operations.Get creative with social media updates and help launch online campaigns.Assist local groups and teams with their admin needs, ensuring everything is documented and on schedule.Organise meetings, take minutes, manage reports and expenses.Help coordinate events and annual reports, process claims, and order supplies.Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office and facilities.What We’re Looking ForAt least 2 years’ experience in an admin or office role.Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Experience with accounts software is a big plus!Super organised with great attention to detail and time management.A team player who can also work independently.Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends for events.Why You’ll Love ItJoin a supportive, friendly team where your ideas and initiative are valued.Get involved in a wide range of projects — no two days are the same!Build your career in administration with hands-on experience in events, finance, and communications.Work right in the heart of Tralee, in a role that makes a real difference locally.
