About the CompanyOur client, a leading professional services firm is seeking an Office Administrator to support its dynamic corporate office. This is a fully onsite, full-time position that blends front-desk reception responsibilities with broader administrative, facilities, and event coordination support.ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner, ensuring boardrooms are prepared and refreshments are provided as needed.Answer and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously.Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.Provide administrative support to staff, including photocopying, scanning, printing, and ordering business cards and supplies.Support the planning and execution of corporate events in collaboration with the Events and Marketing teams, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, menu planning, and guest list management.Support the planning and execution of corporate events in collaboration with the Events and Marketing teams, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, menu planning, and guest list management.Assist with administrative aspects of marketing initiatives, such as securing venues, sourcing promotional materials, and coordinating deliveries.Liaise with building management to coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and other facility-related requests.Monitor and maintain office equipment, including photocopiers, kitchen appliances, and shredding services.Oversee office and kitchen inventory; order and restock supplies, stationery, coffee, and snacks.Coordinate catering for internal meetings, company lunches, and special events.Maintain staff contact lists, access systems, and assist with onboarding processes.Participate in workplace safety initiatives, including the Joint Health and Safety Committee, and coordinate First Aid and Fire Warden training.RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of office administration or reception experience in a corporate or professional setting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Exceptional customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.Highly organized and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-starter mindset.CompensationCompetitive salary up to $58,000, commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits and professional development support.A collaborative and collegial work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.
