About The RoleThe GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for an Office Administrator to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. If you're passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands, this is your chance to make a significant impact!The Office Administrator plays a vital role in keeping our US team running smoothly. You’ll support the Sales Operations Specialist with order input, sample dispatch, and managing mail and deliveries, while also providing general admin support across the team. This role also covers facilities management, including liaising with office providers when needed.Sales Operations SupportAccurately input customer orders into relevant systems.Coordinate and send out product samples to customers and prospects.Track and confirm order and sample shipments, ensuring timely delivery.Mail & Deliveries ManagementReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.Manage outgoing shipments, including documentation and courier arrangements.Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing deliveries.Administrative SupportAssist the wider US team with general administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling, document preparation, expense processing).Maintain office supplies and inventory.Support onboarding of new team members with workspace setup and access.Facilities ManagementServe as the primary contact for managed office providers.Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility requests.Ensure the office environment is safe, organized, and conducive to productivity.About YouA highly organized, detail‑oriented, and thrive on keeping things running smoothly.
