Job SummaryThe Project Administrator supports administrative, operational, and data management functions to ensure smooth execution of daily activities. This role combines responsibilities from office administration and data entry, requiring strong organizational, communication, and technical skills. EOE/M/F/D/VKey Responsibilities Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing events Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, payroll support, and benefits coordination Manage financial documents, process invoices, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable Oversee procurement of supplies, vendor management, and inventory tracking Maintain accurate data entry and database updates, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality Compile, sort, and verify data for accuracy; resolve discrepancies and generate reports Respond to urgent inquiries and coordinate timely assistance Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain office equipment Act as a point of contact for clients and staff, fostering a positive work environment Perform other duties as assigned and be available for overtime as neededRequirementsSkills and Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 3-5 years of experience in office administration or data entry Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team Understanding of business operations, HR, and financial processes SAP or Oracle platform experience preferredWork Conditions Primarily office-based with moderate noise levels Regularly required to sit for extended periods Occasional standing and walking Frequent use of hands and fingers; good vision required for close work and screen useBenefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Insurance Long-Term Disability Insurance 401k
