Century 21 UK is part of one of the world’s largest networks of estate agents, with 14,000+ offices and over 144,000 sales professionals spanning more than 86 countries worldwide.Having operated across the UK for over 15 years, we have gained a reputation for providing exceptional customer service in sales, lettings and property management.Our Newcastle office is now looking for an Office Assistant to join their energetic and growing team.This varied and rewarding role combines office-based administrative duties with out-of-office responsibilities such as conducting property viewings; always looking for new opportunities to help our customers through our other products and services. You’ll generate leads through proactive calls and follow up on past enquiries for both sales and lettings from initial contact through to successful completion. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, target-driven, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced property environment. Across everything you do, you’ll need to work in line with our compliance requirements.The Person:Preferably an experienced salesperson.Two years previous Estate Agency experience would be desirable but not essential.Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.The Package:Salary: £24,000 plus commission37.5 hours per week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm (1hr lunch), and Saturdays 10:00am – 4:00pm (1/2 hr lunch)Career progression opportunities in a fast-growing sectorSupportive team environment where success is celebrated20 days holiday plus bank holidaysFree street parking available
