Shape your career and the future of medical imaging with us.We are looking for a highly organized, service-oriented and resourceful Office Manager to oversee and support all aspects of our office operations and logistics. You’ll manage procurement and Inventory, facilities maintenance, employee services, welfare, while working as part of our HR team.Responsibilities:Oversee daily office operations - maintenance, supplies, deliveries and vendorsManage orders, tracking invoices/receipts, budget management and reports preparation.Provide proactive administrative support for meetings, scheduling, mailing etc.Focal point for employees’ support – Onboarding, Offboarding, parking, toll road etc.Manage operation of Welfare and Employee Experience activities: company events, holidays, Happy Hours, B-days.Coordinate company-wide travel (flights, hotels, logistics) for employees and visitors.Working with all company departments including C-level and Executive Management.Requirements:Bachelor's degree.Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar operations/administrative role- mustPrevious experience working with Executive Management - must.Proficiency in MS Office and organizational systems (SAP – an advantage).Familiar with HR processes and policies- an advantage.High level of written and spoken English - must!Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive - someone who loves making things run efficiently 😊Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment.Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills.Passionate about improving processes and creating great employee experiences.
