The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in reconciliation processes, strong leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeLead and manage a global team responsible for financial reconciliations across multiple entities, currencies, and regulatory environments.Design, implement, and continuously improve reconciliation processes and controls to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Compliance, IT) to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows.Monitor and report on reconciliation KPIs, ensuring transparency and accountability across regions.Stay up-to-date with international financial regulations and ensure team practices align with local compliance requirements.
