Role Description This is an on-site contract role for an Office Manager located in Toronto, ON. The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative activities, coordinate office operations, and ensure office efficiency. Responsibilities include managing office equipment, liaising with vendors, maintaining records, providing customer service support, and facilitating communication within the office. Additional responsibilities may involve overseeing scheduling, organizing meetings, and supporting office staff to maintain a productive work environment. Qualifications Strong organizational skills, along with experience in Office Administration and Administrative AssistanceProficiency in operating and troubleshooting Office EquipmentExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independentlyProficiency with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office SuitePrevious experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role is strongly preferredA diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is an asset
