Officer, Fixed Assets & Inventory

Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping capex, depreciation and inventory into Sun system.Support FA & Inventory listing reconcile to GL and EOS inventory system and all new FA have been tagged.Assist in monitor stock movement for support network operation.Assist in managing stock with efficiency to avoid overstate/ understate in stock.Support performs quarterly physical inventory count, reconcile to GL, and propose if any variance the figure.Job RequirementsA bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is typically required.1–2 years of experience in Inventory and Accounting or a similar finance roleHands-on experience with inventory management and accounting systems (Sun System, ERP and Inventory Management systems)Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas), Microsoft Team and reporting Solid understanding of inventory and Fixed Asset procedures, processingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.📥𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐍𝐨𝐰:Tel. 077 256 376
