Reports to: Manager, Participants Affairs UnitPurpose: The job holder is responsible for processing applications for programs and managing admission and payment processes. The role is also responsible for communicating with participants to gather all necessary admission requirements, resolve issues, and give advice on suitable programs. The jobholder will Manage participants’ journeys and their success.He or She will participate in call center tendering and selection while managing billing, training, and reporting.Responsibilities:Participants’ Admission for Assigned Program Areas:Processes applications and verifies documents and credentials to match the admission requirements Handles the execedadmissions@aucegypt.edu email that receives inquiries related to admissionManages and processes admission cancellation and refund requestsPrepares the participants’ list and ensures it is accurate, with regards to legal names and payments of first course payments, to be shared with program implementation logistics all relevant stakeholdersManages the admission and registration processes of the nominees and coordinates with the business development and business solutions Manages and develops the request for invoices with the finance team Manages the staff different types of scholarships processes Manages payments and communicates with participants regarding payments Call Center and Information Desk:Manages the call center and updates the concerned Executive Education (ExecEd) unitsManages participants’ advice, inquiries, cases, and concerns Manages performance reportsManages all ExecEd required reports from the call centerProduces GBRs and follows up on call center monthly invoicesManages campaigns operationally, allocating agents and following up on reportingPayments, Invoices, Staff Scholarships, and GBRs:Manages payments for all newly admitted participants and ongoing cohortsEnsures ongoing participants’ payments are timely Coordinates payments from ongoing participants for continuation or suspension of registration Communicates with participants and all ExecEd stakeholders regarding payments’ status Manages nomination invoices Manages staff scholarshipsManages Call center GBRsRequirements:Minimum Education Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field is requiredPostgraduate degree is preferrable, e.g. MBA, diploma, professional certificates, and othersExperience:Seven to nine years’ experience in a top-notch university, interacting with managementSkills:Language Skills: Fluent English, Oral and WrittenIT Skills: Excellent MS Office, specially PowerPoint and Data BaseSkills in planning, communication and leadershipSoft Skills: problem solving skills, writing skillsAbility to work following standardized practices or methods, leading, guiding, or coordinating othersAdapting to changing work priorities, maintaining confidentiality, meeting deadlines and schedules and setting priorities This position is open until November 24, 2025Placement is based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
