Overview:Yalla Edara is hiring on behalf of a leading medical organization in Egypt that provides full coordination for international patients seeking medical care in the country.We are seeking a Medical Operations Coordinator to manage communication with hospitals, doctors, laboratories, and radiology centers. The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with hands-on experience in the medical or healthcare field. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between patients, medical partners, and the internal operations team to ensure smooth and timely medical arrangements.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and doctors to schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits.Manage communication and booking processes with laboratories and radiology centers for tests and imaging.Track and update patient treatment schedules, ensuring timely coordination with all parties.Prepare and maintain accurate records of medical reports, bookings, and patient documentation.Support patients remotely in understanding their treatment journey and logistics.Collaborate with the operations and travel teams to align schedules and service timelines.Ensure all medical partners adhere to agreed service standards and response times.Prepare periodic reports on ongoing cases and medical partnerships.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Medical Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical coordination, hospital liaison, or healthcare operations role.Deep understanding of medical terminology and hospital workflows.Strong communication and coordination skills, with a professional and patient-focused attitude.Excellent English proficiency (spoken & written) – additional languages are a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office and online coordination tools.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
