Pulse Point – Onboarding Project ManagerOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Onboarding Project Manager to oversee client implementations for our CRM/AMS SaaS platform. This role ensures new customers experience a seamless transition from sales handoff to full platform adoption. The ideal candidate excels at coordinating across technical, operational, and client-facing teams. The position will be integral to aligning timelines, expectations, and deliverables from early stages of the sales cycle to a few months after a client has gone live. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Ownership: Manage the full onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to go-live. Ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery.Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central liaison between Data Services, Sales, and Development, to drive project progress and navigate roadblocks.Data Migration Oversight: Coordinate communication of data import, cleansing, mapping, and validation between data teams and client.Client Communication: Lead client onboarding calls, manage project plans, and maintain consistent updates on timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Technical Understanding: Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for developers and data specialists.Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and work with internal stakeholders to refine onboarding processes and templates.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all client onboarding activities, feedback, and outcomes.Risk Management: Anticipate potential challenges in scope, data quality, or integration and proactively mitigate them.Key AttributesClient-centric and proactive communicatorStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityComfortable navigating between business and technical contextsAble to adapt quickly in a fast-paced SaaS environmentIdentify current or potential issues and proactively develop solutions or navigate away from the issue. Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 3–5 years in client onboarding within an AMS/ CRM-focused organization or insurance distribution industry with CRM/AMS oversight/experience. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey technical details in a client-friendly manner.Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail. Develop or adapt existing processes and tracking systems for improved coordination between teams and progress reporting for leadership team.  Technical Skills: Strong understanding of CRM/AMS systems, data migration workflows, and SaaS integration concepts. OR Substantial Industry experience within insurance distribution operations in a managerial role. Tools: Familiarity with a variety of SaaS platforms and the ability to quickly learn, adapt, and align clients existing systems with Pulse Point’s solutions.Education: Bachelor’s degree required. (Information Systems, or a related field preferred) Preferred QualificationsSQL and database management experience or strong ability to sort and manipulate data within spreadsheets Industry knowledge of processing life insurance and annuitiesAbility to be in Office full time or Hybrid at our Woodstock, GA office
