Onsite Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented IT Engineer to support day-to-day hardware and infrastructure activities across our office locations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of IT hardware, cabling, and logistics, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage hardware handovers to employees and teamsPerform patching and cabling tasks, including LAN and AV equipment setupRebuild PCs using the Microsoft standard Windows imageConduct inventory checks, including full reviews of specific asset types (e.g., laptops)Support asset movements within the office (e.g., from storage to lockers and vice versa)Handle shipments, including sending and receiving assets from home office users and suppliersRequirementsExperience in IT support, hardware handling, or technical operationsFamiliarity with LAN cabling, AV setups, and PC imagingStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to lift and move equipment safelyGood communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
