Job Description

*Scope of Work:** Configure & customize ticketing system (forms, workflows, SLAs, automations).* Manage integrations with CRM, collaboration tools, monitoring tools.* Provide user support, troubleshooting & training.* Create system documentation & training material.* Build reports/dashboards for KPIs (ticket volume, SLA, CSAT).* Ensure security & compliance (GDPR etc.).* Implement improvements, automation & new features.* Mentor junior admins/support staff.Requirements:* Experience with ticketing tools (Zendesk / ServiceNow / Freshdesk / Jira SM).* Strong understanding of ticket workflows & reporting.* Knowledge of APIs, JavaScript/Python, or integration tools (Zapier/Workato).* Strong communication & analytical skills.* IT-related degree preferred; certifications are a plus.
