HR Operations & Payroll Expert

For our Main HR Division at SOF Connect, we are looking to hire an HR Operations & Payroll Expert The role:HR Operations & Payroll Expert delivers effective and well-organized support to the business in all HR administrative functions; Drafts and contributes to documents concerning employee labor and legal relations; assists in executing procedures related to employment terms, working hours, leave, and absences; carries out a broad range of HR administrative activities; contributes to the creation and updating of internal HR management policies; generates monthly reports and analyses covering workforce statistics, organizational structure, and staff movements. He/ She handles employee compensation and benefits; ensures that employee records are accurate and comply with legal requirements; regularly reviews HR files to confirm all necessary documentation is complete and properly filed. He/ She responds to common employee inquiries about policies, benefits, payroll, recruitment, sick/maternity leave, onboarding, and other HR-related topics.Your profile:University degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Administration or a related fieldGood knowledge of the regulations concerning human resource managementAt least 2 years of professional experience gained in positions relevant to the roleAbility to analyze, interpret, and apply HR rules and regulationsGood command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and experience in HR software - HеRMeS considered an advantage.Proficiency in EnglishExcellent organizational, coordination and problem solving skillsExcellent communication skills, high level of flexibility, desire to develop new skillsWe offer you:An exciting opportunity to join a team of best-in-class airport business professionals in transforming the airport of Sofia into a five-star airport.
