About The OpportunityA fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and e‑commerce business focused on D2C and marketplace growth, operating Shopify storefronts and omnichannel fulfilment across India. This on-site role owns end-to-end operations—inventory, fulfilment, logistics and vendor/3PL partnerships—to deliver exceptional customer experience and cost-efficient scalability.Role & ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day e‑commerce operations for Shopify-led channels: order-to-delivery, returns, and SLA compliance.Manage inventory lifecycle: stock planning, SKU rationalization, cycle counts, and shrink minimization across warehouses.Coordinate with 3PLs, couriers, and internal supply‑chain teams to optimise fulfilment cost, lead-times and on-time delivery metrics.Implement and maintain OMS/WMS processes and integrations with Shopify—drive automation and exception workflows.Define and monitor KPIs (OTD, fill-rate, lead-time, returns rate, inventory days) and deliver weekly/monthly performance and root-cause reports.Lead cross-functional troubleshooting (product, customer support, finance) and drive continuous process improvements to scale operations reliably.Skills & QualificationsMust-Have (Skills)ShopifyShopify PlusWarehouse Management SystemOrder Management System3PL ManagementMS ExcelPreferred (Skills)Power BISQLTransport Management SystemQualifications (role-critical)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or analogous field (or equivalent practical experience).Proven track record in FMCG or e‑commerce operations with hands-on experience managing Shopify storefronts and third-party fulfilment.Experience running on-site operations in India and managing vendor/3PL partnerships to SLA and cost targets.Benefits & Culture HighlightsHigh-impact, hands-on role with visibility to leadership and rapid scope expansion as we scale D2C channels.Collaborative, data-driven culture with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.On-site role offering direct ownership of processes and vendor relationships across Indian operations.Location: India (On-site).
