We are seeking a dependable and organized Operations Assistant to support daily administrative and client services within our growing practice.The Role: This is a part-time position that supports our clinical team, ensuring seamless client flow and financial integrity. You will manage the administrative lifecycle of the client, from intake to billing, allowing our clinicians to focus entirely on client care.Schedule:25-29 hours/week.Must be available during standard business hours with some flexibility.Office presence is required 3-4 days/week.Key Responsibilities:Assist with client scheduling, inquiries, and appointment management.Respond to phone calls and emails with professionalism and care.Support client onboarding, intake paperwork, and portal setup.Maintain accurate documentation and EHR records.Assist with claims support, payment processing, and file management.Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager and Clinical Director.Coordinate with clinical staff for scheduling and communication needs.Support special projects and daily operational workflows as assigned.Benefits and CompensationCompetitive Pay: Hourly compensation commensurate with experience in medical/behavioral health billing and operations.
