As a professional services organization, we collaborate closely with our business units, providing pivotal services that accelerate E.ON's ambitious Digital Transformation strategy.If you have a passion for leading the green transition with digital innovation, become a playmaker in our energetic and diverse team of more than 500 Expert Services consultants.It’s on us to make new energy work!Your Role – meaningful & rewardingCollaborate actively as part of the Virtual Client product team and demonstrate your hands-on mentality through insightful feedback and participation.Drive operations of the remote Windows client solution by performing regular health checks, planning and executing monthly patching activities and being active in 3rd level support activities.Implement changes and fixes in context of Cloud-based client operations, incl. image, host pool and other Azure components management, balancing cost and value.Coordinate and collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Security, Networking, Architecture, Support, Managed Application Delivery) and external service providers to ensure frictionless operations and smooth service delivery.Provide 3rd level technical support for remote Windows client issues, including troubleshooting operating system, Azure hosting, and application-related problems in collaboration with Microsoft and other vendors if needed.Investigate and resolve complex incidents escalated from the 1st and 2nd level support teams.Contribute to knowledge base documentation and best practice guidelines for internal use, also prepare it for our AI knowledge base.Act as a subject matter expert for Virtual Client Services, providing guidance, consulting and best practices across the organization to diverse business units to help them overcome their challenges.Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards, while balancing security and usability.Your Profile – authentic & open-minded5+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments; ideally with Windows client services, Azure, AVD services and application management.Understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune) to steer and collaborate with configuration teams.Understanding of Microsoft Windows 11, Active Directory, Azure & Entra ID and client configuration, incl.
