Our culture values hands-on leadership, collaboration, and empowering front-line teams to drive meaningful, measurable improvement.Why join us? 20% Bonus Opportunity 401(k) with Generous Match Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Education Reimbursement Collaborative Work Environment: Work closely with operations, maintenance, and plant leadership High-Impact Role: Direct influence on plant performance and transformation initiativesJob DetailsKey Responsibilities and Duties Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational performance at the plant level Lead the deployment of Operations Excellence tools, platforms, and CI frameworks Analyze manufacturing and financial data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities Train and coach employees on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and structured CI methodologies Partner directly with front-line teams using a hands-on, floor-based leadership approach Provide project management leadership for CI pilots and full-scale rollouts Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure CI strategy alignment and stakeholder support Support plant transformation initiatives and change management efforts Travel up to 20% as neededQualifications – Needed Education:o Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of related experience ORo High School Diploma / GED with 9+ years of manufacturing CI experience Preferred: Master’s Degree Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt strongly preferred Experience:o Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigmao Manufacturing operations and plant-level continuous improvemento Data analytics using process and financial metricso Leading CI projects from concept through implementation Proven ability to:o Influence cross-functional teams without direct authorityo Drive sustainable change in fast-paced manufacturing environmentsInterested in hearing more?
