We’re looking for a proactive professional to design, improve, and implement integrated systems that bring out the best in people, processes, and technology.What You’ll Do:•Lead business solutioning and onboard new customer accounts to successful implementation•Analyze workflows and optimize equipment, space, and human resources•Forecast operational needs for staffing, assets, and facilities to meet service commitments•Develop solutions to operational challenges and implement cost & service improvements•Support process design for new business pipelines from Sales/Business Solutions•Maintain SOPs, process maps, manuals, and work instructions•Manage projects and conduct financial analysesWhat We’re Looking For:✓Diploma/Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.✓5+ years in logistics or express delivery industry (Process Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Business Solutions, Service/Business Development Engineer).✓Strong skills in Excel, MS Access, Power BI.✓Knowledge of express logistics processes and methods.✓Project management experience.✓Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.✓Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia💰Range Salary: RM 5,000 – 7,000📍Location: Berjaya Industrial Park, Seksyen 32, Selangor📩 Ready to take on the challenge?
