Production Supervisor

About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead and support our manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, drive efficiency across production stations, and ensure strict compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities:Organizing, monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goalsEvaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiencyMaintaining communication between employees and the Management team to ensure procedure and policies are well-understood Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources to prevent production interruptionCompliance with quality of products and to initiate AAR or CAPA if any quality issue arisesOrganizing training and educational manuals for the production teamAssisting in recruitment and onboarding of new hiresQualifications:Education: At least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline (knowledge in ISO 13485 is an advantage)Experience: At least 3 years in a supervisory roleCapability: Proficient in MS Office & Machine handlingLanguage: English, Malay (Japanese is an added advantage)
