Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Shipping Coordinator located in Petaling Jaya. The Senior Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing shipping and receiving activities, managing inventory, and coordinating export operations. The role involves providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all processes meet company and regulatory compliance. The coordinator will supervise and manage daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of logistics processes.QualificationsProven expertise in Shipping & Receiving and Export operationsExceptional skills in Customer Service with the ability to communicate effectively and handle client inquiriesExperience in Forklift Operation and Inventory ControlStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with logistics and inventory management software is preferredKnowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation requirementsAbility to lead teams and oversee day-to-day shipping operations efficientlyBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus
