We are dedicated to crafting timeless, modern-day heirlooms that reflect individuality and become cherished for generations.We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Production Executive who can oversee day-to-day production and ensure every Karvi piece meets our standard of craftsmanship.What You’ll DoOversee and track the jewellery production process from design to final completion.Conduct regular workshop visits to perform quality checks and ensure production accuracy.Coordinate with internal teams and production team to keep all projects on schedule.Prepare documentation, monitor timelines, and follow up on every ongoing project.Assist the founder with production, scheduling, and operational coordination.What We’re Looking ForHighly organised and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.Proactive and reliable — able to follow through without constant supervision.Possesses own vehicle (car preferred) and comfortable travelling around Jakarta.Passion for fine jewellery, craftsmanship, and working in a creative environment.Why Join UsYou’ll work directly with the founder and play a key role in ensuring every Karvi piece meets our standard of excellence.
