Operations Executive – Logistics & Events Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Start: Immediate / ASAPRole Overview A retail/events brand is looking for an Operations Executive to handle day-to-day logistics, 3PL partnerships, stock management, and the setup & execution of pop-up stores and exhibitions across the UAE.Key ResponsibilitiesManage order uploads and returns processing with 3PL partners post-eventConduct stock reconciliation using 3PL reports and internal IT systemsEnsure on-time stock delivery to pop-up stores, exhibitions, and wholesale partnersSupport launch preparation and physical setup of pop-up stores and exhibitionsHandle shipment receiving at event locations and verify against supplier packing listsCoordinate with vendors for timely delivery of operational materials (carrier bags, POS systems, etc.)Assist in interviewing, selecting, training, and onboarding temporary event staffAttend project scoping meetings and maintain clear understanding of timelinesRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or event coordinationHands-on experience with 3PL logistics and warehouse partnersFamiliarity with 3PL platforms and inventory management toolsStrong ability to work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlinesHighly organized, analytical, and proactive mindsetProficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic reporting toolsExcellent communication skills in EnglishAvailable to start immediately or within short notice
