Job Post: Destination / Project Manager (Full-Time)Location: Dubai, UAEStart Date: ASAPSalary: AED 10,000–15,000/month + attractive commission structureOverviewWe are hiring a Destination / Project Manager to join a leading DMC working across MICE, incentives, events, and premium destination experiences. This role requires someone organized, client-focused, and confident managing projects from proposal stage through onsite delivery.Key Responsibilities-Plan and manage MICE programs, events, and group travel end-to-end for international clients-Develop creative proposals, detailed itineraries, and program budgets-Liaise with clients, suppliers, venues, and partner agencies-Negotiate rates and optimize project margins-Coordinate site inspections, supplier contracting, and operational plans-Ensure smooth onsite execution when requiredCandidate Profile-Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the MICE / DMC sector (or 3–4 years combined Coordinator + Manager experience)-Strong communication, organization, and client-handling skills-Excellent multitasking and ability to work under pressure-Knowledge of UAE venues, hotels, and experiences is an advantage-Italian speaker is a plusCompensation Structure-Base salary: AED 10,000–15,000/month + attractive commission structure-Performance-based commission tied to the amount of business confirmed and overall company performance.
