This includes overall adherence to global standards (i.e. Speed of Service, Coverage, and Data Quality.) It also includes development of new products and exploration of new data sources to address changing business requirements or new business opportunities that encourage exponential growth. KEY TASK RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Primarily responsible for the effective performance of Operations personnel for Vietnam. This includes Hiring, Personnel Development, and Termination when necessary.2. Responsible for the preparation and adherence to the Annual Operations Budget.3. Creates and ensures adherence to strategic plans to help grow coverage and/or achieve effective and efficient service delivery.4. Builds relationships and negotiates with various public and private data sources necessary in the performance of CRIF Dun and Bradstreet Vietnam services.5. Champions the study of new/ existing data sources and potential benefits in assimilating these into the business. Makes necessary recommendations subject to the SVP Operations' approval.6. Oversees the administration of internal CRIF Dun and Bradstreet Vietnam’s specific training necessary for personnel development and capability enhancement.7. Provides Executive Reports to help track overall Operations performance.8. Holds regular staff meeting and periodic business reviews to discuss strategies, volume, capacity, new data sources, current issues, and industry updates.9. Remains current with local and global laws and regulations affecting personnel, employment practices, overall operations, laws or trends, and recommends new or revised policies and procedures as deemed appropriate.10. Represents division in management meetings, conferences, review and audit.11. Meets revenue and productivity targets set by the company.12. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Director. WORKING CONDITION:The employee will be working in an office set up based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; Light travel may be required. ACCESS TO CONFIDENTIAL FILESCompany Budget and Financial Performance, Company Strategy and overall Business Direction, Existing D&B Systems, and Data Sources, D&B Process Flowcharts. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:· 5+ years Operations leadership experience required· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent experience.· Ability to think strategically· Effective multitasking/prioritizing skills· Must be detail oriented· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills· Ability to handle responsibility in a fast-paced, growing and changing environment· Professional demeanor and attitude· Strong intuitive and interpersonal skills· Excellent work ethic· Must be able to work autonomously
