We embrace diversity and believe in treating everyone equally to ensure that everyone has the same opportunities to grow, develop and progress in their careers.Job DescriptionPortico are currently on the lookout for a people-focused and charismatic leader, to join our team in a brand-new position as Dublin-based Sales Operations Manager.The Operations Manager will have two main areas to cover in their role, Operational and Business Development.From an operational perspective they will monitor and provide input to our service level agreements, ensuring that they are managed and achieved across their teams. They will provide leadership and guidance to all their direct reports, ensuring an exceptionally hight standard of service is consistently delivered by their team members, as well overseeing their wellbeing and development. They will also be the main contact for our clients, creating and cultivating an excellent working relationship with our key stakeholders.In terms of the successful candidate’s responsibilities to business development, they will proactively present Portico to the market across Ireland, pursuing opportunities for future growth and working closely with the Portico and BaxterStorey Ireland sales teams to assertively grow the business. This will be done through seeking sales leads and participation during tenders, presentations and site show arounds, showcasing the value we provide.You will use the BaxterStorey Ireland Support Office in Dublin as a base camp, working in a hot desk environment. A proven track record of successfully leading & managing managersExperience of managing service level agreements and key performance indicators. Experience of leading a department or business function. Experience of data analysis and interpreting and presenting data in a business environment including proposals. A proven track record of successfully presenting management information and being able to collate and report statistics for performance measurement. Some experience in a catering environment is desirable. Knowledge:Up to date with current technology developments and social media tools eg iPad, Apps, twitter etc. Meeting room booking system and visitor management (i.e. Condeco). Switchboard, screen based (i.e. Cisco Arc.) Call Logger (i.e. proteus). Microsoft office, particularly word, excel and PowerPoint to at least intermediate level.
