This role is crucial for ensuring production efficiency, material availability, and strict compliance with delivery and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning: Convert customer orders into detailed and accurate production and finished goods delivery schedules to ensure On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) delivery.Inventory & Materials Management: Manage and optimize inventory levels and execute the purchasing process for raw materials (PO creation, delivery follow-up, and managing escalations).Logistics & Trade Compliance: Manage daily import and export activities, including documentation preparation and coordination, ensuring full adherence to international trade regulations.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between plant operations (production, quality, logistics) and commercial teams (Sales, Customer Service) for status updates and issue resolution.Quality & Safety Assurance: Actively lead and conduct regular safety and quality audits/inspections, documenting findings and driving corrective actions to maintain high operational standards.Performance Reporting: Prepare and analyze statistical data related to quality, losses, and production parameters to support continuous improvement and daily operations meetings.QualificationsWhat you will need: Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.Experience: Prior experience in a planning or supply chain role within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.Core Competencies: Highly accurate, organized, and proactive individual with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.Skills: Excellent analytical skills, strong logistical insight, and knowledge of reporting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.Work Style: Demonstrated ability to make quick, rational decisions and manage responsibilities effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment.Language Proficiency: Fluent in Turkish and English (written and verbal min C1 level).Additional InformationWhat we can offer:Flexible working hoursAttractive salary packageStructured learning and development / Mentoring program International environment Events like International Women’s Day, Earth Day, etc.A growing and welcoming team with a good spirit!Who we are! - Our Story:Every voice.
