TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy NoticeWhat We'll BringAs a TAM Operations Specialist at TransUnion, you will play a key role in the operational execution and delivery of our Identity Solutions within Marketing Solutions products. This mid-level, client-facing role focuses on supporting internal teams by performing semi-technical tasks that ensure the accurate and timely delivery of data-driven marketing solutions. You will collaborate across departments to maintain operational excellence and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes. Experience/familiarity in the martech/adtech ecosystem is preferred.What You'll BringKey Responsibilities:Operational Execution Perform hands-on operational tasks including data file processing, configuration, validation, and delivery setup.  Ensure timely and accurate execution of recurring and ad hoc marketing solution deliveries.  Monitor delivery pipelines and troubleshoot issues to maintain service quality.  Technical Support & Issue Resolution Investigate and document root causes of delivery failures or anomalies and contribute to long-term solutions.  Maintain internal knowledge bases and documentation for repeatable processes.  Process Optimization Identify and recommend improvements to operational workflows and delivery processes.  Support automation initiatives and contribute to the development of tools that enhance operational efficiency.  Participate in testing and validation of new tools, features, and delivery methods.  Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on delivery requirements, timelines, and quality standards.  Participate in project meetings and provide updates on operational status, risks, and dependencies.  Reporting & Documentation Track and report on key operational metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).  Maintain accurate documentation of delivery processes, configurations, and issue resolutions.  Identity Solution FocusThis role supports the Identity Solutions family, so knowledge or experience in identity resolution, identity graph management, and identity-based targeting strategies is ideal. This role is critical to ensuring the operational integrity of identity-powered marketing solutions, and candidates should be comfortable working with complex data flows and cross-functional teams to support scalable, high-quality delivery. QualificationsImpact You'll Make:Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Business Operations, Technical, Data Analytics)2–4 years of experience in a technical operations, data delivery, or support role. Familiarity with data formats (CSV, JSON, XML), data validation, and basic scripting or SQL. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Experience working with remote cross-functional teams in a technical or operational capacity. Candidates with martech/adtech experience are preferred.This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.TransUnion Job TitleConsultant, Technical Account Management
