We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.Skills And Competencies5+ years of experience in business process analysis, optimization, and management within complex or regulated enterprise environments, with expertise spanning financial services, data governance, privacy, cybersecurity, or regulatory change management.Advanced proficiency in BPM methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., BPMN, SIPOC, RACI), with hands-on experience using platforms like Visio, Blueworks, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Confluence, as well as expertise in policy and control mapping techniques.Proven ability to lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, from discovery and documentation to analysis, redesign, and implementation, while ensuring alignment with compliance and control frameworks.Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, with experience leveraging data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to drive insights and support metric reporting.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of translating complex processes into clear, consistent documentation, influencing stakeholders across functions, and maintaining high documentation quality.Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.EducationBachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required. ResponsibilitiesAssist in implementing, optimizing, and continuously improving Moody’s Business Process Management (BPM) practices. This role collaborates closely with the BPM Framework Lead to leverage structured methodologies, tools, and frameworks for defining, documenting, and enhancing enterprise-wide processes. The Senior BPM Analyst is instrumental in aligning process documentation with strategic objectives, supporting data-driven decision-making through performance metrics, and driving operational excellence across the organization.Analyze business policies, processes, and procedures to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather process requirements, understand operational needs, and document workflows, policies, and standard operating procedures using consistent formats and notations.Support the BPM Framework Lead in implementing methodologies, tools, governance standards, and best practices to enhance process management.Assist the Head of BPM in aligning policy, process, and procedure documentation with organizational strategy and evolving priorities.Monitor and report on BPM performance metrics (e.g., cycle time, rework rate, process maturity) to assess effectiveness and generate actionable insights.Conduct research on BPM frameworks, emerging trends, and best practices, while preparing presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership and stakeholder review.About The TeamThe Chief Administrative Office – Operations & Controls (O&C) sets enterprise standards for governance, risk, and operational excellence.
