Sort Supervisor Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 6:00 am – 2:00 pm We’re seeking an experienced Sort Supervisor to lead our expanding sortation team.You’ll be responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring sort operations — ensuring parcels are unloaded, sorted, staged, and dispatched efficiently and safely. This hands-on role will see you coaching and developing your team, managing workflows, and upholding compliance and safety standards while driving continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate the Sort team to meet daily targetsManage staffing, schedules, and workflow to maximise efficiencyEnsure safe handling and use of equipmentBuild strong relationships with contractors and internal teamsIdentify process improvements to enhance operational performancePM Operations Supervisor Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday, 5:00 pm – 3:00 am (four-day work week!)We’re also seeking a PM Operations Supervisor to oversee evening operations within our busy delivery hub.
