The Supervisor will lead our manufacturing team in achieving production goals while ensuring efficiency and product quality. The goal is to ensure that production process delivers predetermined inventory levels. The successful candidate will supervise staff, and implement safety and quality control measures"Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more.ResponsibilitiesOperate woodworking machinery and hand tools where needed dailyRecruit and train new employees to use machinery and follow proceduresSet daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employeesOrganize workflow by assigning responsibilities Oversee and coach employeesEnsure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenanceCheck production output according to specificationsSubmit reports on performance and progressIdentify issues in efficiency and suggest improvementsEnforce strict safety guidelines and company standardsRequirements And SkillsCabinet manufacturing experience a plus.Proven experience as Manufacturing Supervisor or similar roleExperience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and toolsAdvanced skills in MS OfficeOrganizational and leadership abilitiesCommunication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachProblem-solving skillsSalary:$25.00 per hour + Performance IncentiveBenefits:401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftFirst Shift (6:30am-4:00pm)Monday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Manufacturing Supervision: 2 years (Required)Work Location: In personThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
