Operations Supervisor – Service Center

Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day activities of our service center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring repair operations run smoothly, targets are met, processes are followed, and quality standards are maintained. This role requires strong leadership skills, process-oriented thinking, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily service center operations, including repair, QC, inbounding, and outbound processes.Monitor technician productivity and ensure SLAs and quality standards are met.Allocate tasks and balance workforce capacity based on daily inflow.Ensure parts availability in coordination with inventory and procurement teams.Track and report key operational metrics such as TAT (turnaround time), capacity utilization, and daily output.Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.Enforce adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance standards.Support training and development of new technicians and team members.Act as the point of contact between the service center and cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Warehouse, etc.).Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in service center operations, preferably in electronics or mobile repair.Strong leadership and team management skills.Experience with repair workflow systems or ERPs is a plus.Good analytical and reporting abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.UAE Driving License
