Job Summary: As the Operations Support Supervisor, you will oversee overall delivery operations ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders. By collaborating closely with the Delivery Partner Acquisition, Quality Control, and Training teams, you will be responsible for ensuring that delivery partner inquiries and issues are resolved promptly, providing them with an exceptional experience with Red Ant Express. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee inquiries from Delivery Partners in the chat group to ensure timely and professional resolution. - Administer and distribute supplementary delivery fees for special circumstances. - Collaborate closely with the Delivery Partner Acquisition and Quality Control & Training teams, offering necessary support. - Facilitate effective collaboration and resolve operational issues between the dispatching team and Delivery Partners. - Troubleshoot delivery-related issues and suggest improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Oversee and manage internal drivers' motor rent contracts and associated benefits. - Enforce compliance with traffic laws, regulations, and company policies for all internal drivers and delivery partners. - Address customer complaints and issues related to delivery services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Monitor office security and ensure a safe environment after operational hours. - Serve as a brand ambassador for the company. - Perform other related duties as required. Qualification and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or related fields. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in operation support or similar role. - Good written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to use MS Words, Excel, and other platforms. - Ability to collaborate and solve problems effectively
