Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.Our technicians play a vital role in our production environment, creating smarter solutions for our customers, while monitoring product quality, remaining committed to their safety and that of the team.What Will You Do?Working Monday to Friday, (7:30 – 3:30pm and 8:30am – 4:30pm on rotation) you will receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of the role allowing for future career development opportunities.You Willunload inbound trucks and load outbound trucks & customer vehiclesoperate sheet metal fabrication folderpick-pack ordersprovide professional customer service to our customersidentify detailed orders and product typescomplete manual handling of our productMore About YouBeing a reliable and dedicated individual with a willingness to learn and develop yourself, you will also bring:experience in a similar operations environment or building industry exposurea current forklift licencea positive attitude and a desire to work in a role that offers career progressioncommitment to your own safety and wellbeing and care for othersa reasonable degree of physical fitness and flexibility as manual work is involvedclear verbal communication as well as an acceptable level of numerical and literacy skillsWhy BlueScope As We’re Creating Strength For The Future Through Our People, Products And Solutions, BlueScope Supports You To Build Your Expertise Within a Safe And Positive Team Environment.
