As of today, Luna is the giving service to local and international customers with more than 750 employees within two facilities and improving its products by R&D Center located in Izmir.What will your day/week look like with us: Contribute to the development of operational excellence (OPEX) strategies and implement them in the field. Plan and execute continuous improvement projects. Identify inefficiencies and waste through Gemba meetings with teams. Conduct data analysis and develop solutions using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and similar methodologies. Collaborate with lean teams to develop tools and methodologies. Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress. Execute cross-functional process improvement projects in collaboration with departments. Build continuous improvement awareness among employees through training. Establish and monitor KPI systems and set improvement targets. Ensure project outputs are measured and regularly reported to senior management. Provide mentoring on the use of OPEX tools and lead the cultural transformation. Perform other responsibilities assigned related to the area of responsibilityWhat are the requirements that we expect from a successful talent:Graduated from related undergraduate programs such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics, Business Administration, etc.At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, process management, or lean transformation,Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (preferably Green/Black Belt certified),Work experience in a multinational environment,SAP experience,Proficient knowledge of MS Office,Good command of written and spoken English,High flexibility, strong personality and eager to take initiative,Reliable work ethic,Highly motivated and problem solver with good communication skills.We value and encourage diversity in our team.
