This is a high-impact role where you will lead the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The selected candidate will have the exciting opportunity to travel to Qatar for an on-site assignment.If you are a problem-solver with deep HCM expertise and ready for an international project, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, including modules like Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, ORC, and Learning.Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions.Configure the system, lead workshops, and provide expert guidance on best practices.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.Mentor junior team members and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.What We Are Looking ForMust-Have:6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support.Proven experience as a Lead Consultant, managing projects and client interactions.Willingness and ability to travel to Qatar for the project.A notice period of 30 days or less.Good-to-Have:Strong functional knowledge in at least two key HCM modules.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.
