About the RoleThe Organisational Development Specialist will lead global initiatives to develop, harmonize, and implement organizational policies and procedures. The role is pivotal in supporting international business objectives, ensuring consistency and compliance across all regions, and facilitating change initiatives. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to drive multicultural communication and alignment.ResponsibilitiesDesign, align, and implement global organizational policies and procedures in areas such as talent management, learning & development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).Serve as a subject matter expert on international HR and OD best practices, ensuring company policies reflect global standards and local regulatory requirements.Coordinate with cross-functional and cross-border teams to interpret, adapt, and roll out new or updated global policies, ensuring cultural and regional considerations are addressed.Deliver policy training sessions, materials, and workshops in both Mandarin and English for regional leaders and teams.Monitor compliance with global policies, conducting internal audits and evaluations, and recommending improvements where needed.Lead change management initiatives for new global procedures, providing expert guidance to support business transformation and M&A integration.Analyse data and feedback from multinational teams to assess policy effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure policies align with international labour laws and standards.Stay informed of regulatory, cultural, and business trends in all key markets, especially UK and New Zealand, to proactively update global procedures.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).Extensive experience developing and implementing HR or organisational policies in a multinational environment.Proven ability to communicate, deliver training, and facilitate programs in both Mandarin and English.Strong analytical and project management skills focused on policy compliance and best practice adoption.Excellent consulting, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to influence and align diverse stakeholders globally.Proactive, adaptable mindset with a continuous improvement approach to global process optimisation.Preferred SkillsComprehensive knowledge of global labour standards and regional employment practices, particularly.Fluency in Mandarin.
