Einpix is a Field Service Management (FSM) SaaS platform serving service, facility management, and construction companies. We help businesses replace paper, various messengers, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools with a unified system for field task management, field workers coordination, and real-time visibility.We are seeking a true outbound hunter — someone who can generate conversations, create pipelines from scratch, and close deals consistently.Your Responsibilities:Proactively identify, reach out to, and engage new prospects via cold calling, email, and social channels.Generate qualified opportunities by identifying decision-makers and clearly presenting Einpix’s value (CEOs, COOs, Head of Operations, Facility Managers, Quality managers, Construction managers, etc.).Manage the entire outbound sales cycle: first contact → booked demo → follow-up → closing.Consistently build and maintain a healthy pipeline.Maintain clean, accurate records in the CRM (e.g., Pipedrive) with strong data discipline.Meet or exceed agreed monthly targets and activity KPIs.About You:Proven experience in outbound SaaS sales with a strong track record as a hunter / closer (hunter role, not inbound).Strong cold calling and prospecting skills, not afraid to pick up the phone.Excellent value-selling, objection-handling, and closing abilities.Ability to articulate value-selling clearly, handle objections, and guide prospects to next steps, and closing abilities.Comfortable working independently with clear ownership of results.Excellent written and spoken English.Strong CRM skills (e.g., Pipedrive) with structured activity and data tracking.Comfortable selling into service, construction, or maintenance environments.Nice to Have:Understanding of the FSM or field operations sector.Experience using outbound tools (Lusha, ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Helper, etc.).Understanding of service, maintenance, construction, or FSM sectors.Existing network in service, construction, or facility management industries.Polish language skills.Compensation:Base salary: €2,000 – €3,000 gross/month.Performance bonuses (structure shared with shortlisted candidates).Fully remote work and flexible schedule.Close collaboration with Co-Founders and potential to grow into senior roles.Why Join Einpix?You sell a real, practical solution that replaces outdated workflows.Clear value proposition and strong differentiation in a huge underserved market.High-impact role where results are visible, measurable, and rewarded directly.Opportunity to influence sales strategy and grow with the company.Apply now and take the next step in your career with Einpix!
