Packaging Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer with hands-on experience in packaging development across fashion accessories, hair accessories, handbags, and/or other related consumer goods. The ideal candidate can design with both creative flair and technical accuracy, taking projects from concept to production-ready mechanicals.Working Hours: Monday to Friday 15:00-23:00 CETLocation: Remote and/or in OfficeMain Duties and Responsibilities Design and develop packaging concepts across multiple retail accounts.Execute designs from initial concept art through to final production mechanicals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development and sales.Design in-store fixtures, PDQs, and retail displays to align with brands and trend direction.Maintain brand consistency and design integrity across all packaging deliverables.Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.Required SkillsExperience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging design (accessories, beauty, or consumer goods preferred).Experience preparing production mechanicals and working with dielines.Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).Understanding of print processes, materials, and packaging construction.Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.Ability to think creatively and strategically to bring packaging concepts to life.Excellent English communication skills. A degree or an equivalent training in Graphic Design, or/and other relevant fields would be a plus.
