FCG is committed to delivering excellence and innovation in the agro-food sector. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Packaging Engineer based in Egypt. The Packaging Engineer will design and develop packaging solutions, optimize packaging processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include conducting research and development, ensuring packaging efficiency, managing projects, and addressing mechanical aspects of packaging systems. The position plays a crucial role in maintaining product quality and meeting global standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Packaging Engineering and Packaging DesignExperience in Research and Development (R&D) related to packaging solutionsProject Management skills with effective organizational capabilitiesKnowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles applicable to packaging systemsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking skillsAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field• Min. 4:5 Years in production department experience• Food industry is a must• Potato production experience is preferable
