Packaging Engineer

About the RoleWe are looking for a Packaging Specification Professional to lead and manage packaging & artwork change management activities for US-marketed products. This role requires strong coordination, system expertise, and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional partners.Key ResponsibilitiesLead packaging and artwork change management for assigned productsDrive end-to-end change control, ensuring accuracy and complianceAlign with cross-functional teams (QA, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Artwork, Plants) to meet lead time requirementsMaintain strong understanding of internal systems, workflows, and process landscapesParticipate in system/process implementation discussions and support continuous improvementEnsure documentation accuracy, version control, and timely approvalsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in packaging specifications, artwork, or change managementStrong understanding of packaging materials, specifications, and documentationKnowledge of workflows, PLM/Change Control systems, or similar digital toolsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment (preferred: pharma, consumer goods, or FMCG)Location📍 Mexico City (Hybrid) This opportunity is open only to Mexico nationals.
